At Manya Bansal Art Studio, every artwork, print, and creative package is thoughtfully designed, carefully packed, and created with immense love and attention to detail. Since most of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or limited in quantity, we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We genuinely value your support and always strive to ensure that each order reaches you safely and beautifully.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours to 7 days of delivery at: manyabansalbusiness25@gmail.com
To process your request smoothly, the following are mandatory:
- An unboxing video recorded from the beginning, clearly showing the sealed package being opened.
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Important Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both the customer and our small business from shipping-related issues, an uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for any damage, missing-item, or wrong-product claim.
Please ensure:
- The package seal is clearly visible before opening.
- The video is continuous and unedited.
- The damaged area/product is clearly shown.
Without valid video proof, we may not be able to process your request.
Return Eligibility Conditions
For a return or replacement request to be considered:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must remain unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- Original packaging must be retained and used for return shipping if requested.
- Proof of damage or issue must be shared via email.
- The request will be reviewed and approved by our team before any further action.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any refund, replacement, or exchange request after inspection and verification.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Custom artwork and commissioned paintings
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Art Mail Club subscriptions once shipped
- Minor color variations caused by screen/display differences
- Orders delayed due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the error occurred from our side.
- We recommend using secure packaging and a trackable shipping method while returning products.
Manya Bansal Art Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.
Custom artwork orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
While we carefully package every order, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
- Lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier service
